This site collects as little as it can. Here is what it keeps, what it passes on, and who to.

When you ask for a quote
The form asks for your suburb, the job, your name and phone number, and anything you choose to write or photograph. It reaches us by email, and we pass it to a local arborist so they can ring you back about the job. We delete the email once it has been passed on.
Photos are shrunk in your browser before they are sent. That also strips the location a phone records inside a photo, which is often the house's.
What we keep
A note that a request came in: the time, the page it was sent from, the suburb, the kind of job, how many photos, whether the spam check passed, and whether the request reached a local arborist. Nothing in it says who you are. We use it to count requests.
Other services the site uses
The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Cloudflare's privacy policy covers what it collects to do that. The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers log requests. Vercel's privacy notice covers those.
Vercel Web Analytics counts page visits. It sets no cookies and keeps nothing that identifies you. It records the page, the site you came from, and your country, browser and device type. There is no advertising and no cross-site tracking.
Questions
An email address for privacy questions is still being set up. What you sent with a quote request is held by a local arborist, so ask them about that too.
